Program

The thematic of the school will focus on three main topics :

• Swimming into complex environment - micro-swimming
• Collective motion
• Machine learning applied to active particles

The school will be organized around courses, lectures and project sessions.

Project sessions will give PhD students and post-doctoral researchers the opportunity to develop teamwork on a research project in one of the three main topics of the school. It is expected that the preliminary results obtained from these research projects are of sufficient significance and novelty to be published.

Each team will be made up of two PhD students or post-doctoral researchers and one to two supervisors. Attendees are asked to select the topic in which they wish to be assigned for the research project (go to the registration section to make this choice). Organizers will create the teams and assign a project to each team in advance of the scool. Attendees will be informed in September of the project assigned to them and of the names of the other members of their project team.
